I was one of Dr. Cheng's first patients at Hackensack Meridian, Jersey Shore, about 9 years ago. I have the utmost respect and confidence in her, and will continue to see her as long as possible into the future.

Yes, Dr. Cheng was the ultimate professional endocrinologist, an MD. She could easily be at Columbia Presbyterian, Cornell, or Johns Hopkins as an endocrinologist team leader, which she is at Jersey Shore. Dr is top shelf, so knowledgeable, and so kind and caring.

Everything was done perfect. I didn't have to wait. I love Dr. Cheng. She takes very good care of me. I recommend it to all my friends who need a good rheumatologist. I have no complaints whatsoever. It's actually a pleasure going to the doctor. Thank you.

Everything with the doctors was superb, but when I went to check out, I had to wait like 20 minutes for somebody to come to the desk to check me out. The other woman was on the phone the whole time, and it was a long wait.

You need better parking.

I think she's great. She's been great for years. She's breaking down everything I've Talked about to tell me prepared me help me with coupons for medication and make sure I've been taken care of anything on my Blood work she tells me about she calls me she lets me know ahead of time or what things could happen and She's worked out Meetings all the time every time I need to see her. She's called the respondent to me I've enjoyed her time and I think she's very qualified and she's helped me through Taking care of myself. I appreciate her very much. Dr. Cheng is so thorough with my concerns, reviewing recent lab results, explaining new medications and dosage information. She always spends adequate time to go over my list of inquiries. Dr. Cheng is the best!

Dr. Cheng continues to give me diagnoses that I don't have. She has ran tests based on diagnosis I don't have. I've spoken to her several times about this. She also tried to convince me to sign the DAX consent form because it "would make it easier for her to do her notes." As a patient, it's not my job to make her job easier. She had a fellow follow her and didn't ask my permission if he could be apart of my appt. The fellow introduced himself while she was out of the room.

I really appreciate the professionalism of Jennifer Cheng. I enjoy having her as my endocrinologist. I think very highly of her, very well respected of her. I'd like to continue working with her. If there was anything I could change, let me think. Probably if I could have a little bit more, like maybe instead of once a year or something like that, probably have a little bit more information in terms of how to manage my medical illness better probably. I think I could use some help there. But she has done a fabulous job. There's always something we could do a little bit better. But I think very highly of her, and I'd like to leave a very highly recommended review for her. And I will be posting my review online as well.

The nurse told me a reason why the doctor was running late, and the doctor told me a different reason why she was running late. So someone is lying.

Dr. Cheng radiates intelligence, patience, and professionalism. She answered my questions with insight and with respect for my intelligence. She was a warm, and personable, a nice change from some doctors who present as purely clinicians...makes for a Elmore satisfying visit for the patient.

Dr. Cheng is a excellent endocrinologist. She is taking her time and I didn't feel I have to rush to get out. She is a very good listener, professional, and patienced with me. I will strongly recommend her to my friends. This is my second time visited this medical office building. I think the waiting is excellent less than 15 minutes. Nice staffs there too. I think it is the team work that make it happens. Everything was going smoothly. It is easy to park in the afternoon than the morning. I will keep coming to see her for the rest of my visits.
